The Center for International Private Enterprise invites you to join an interactive pilot online course where you can learn about democratic development and join your peers from around the world in our virtual classroom. It is a free course open to students and young professionals. Successful participants who meet all the requirements will receive a certificate of completion from CIPE.
Who can participate:
Current students and young professionals aged 18-30. Preference given to applicants from non-OECD countries.
Online course dates:
Fall semester (September - December) 2010
Application deadline:
August 27, 2010 (reviewed on a rolling basis)

Course requirements:
- Familiarity with assigned materials and videos
- Weekly participation in online forum discussions
- 3 short (500-750 words) analytical papers and a longer final paper (1,000-1,500 words)
